I know I've posted several things over the past few days and here is yet another post - forgive me, I take such an interest in everything remotely related to eating disorders.

I looked through the memories and didn't find anything quite like this.

Recently, I've been thinking a lot about birth order and eating disorders. There have probley been numerous studies done that I haven't stumbled across yet, but perhaps birth order sometimes affects the development of an eating disorder.

I am a middle child - the second oldest out of 4. I have an older sister who is overbearing, perfecionistic, articulate, assertive. I have a younger brother with Down Syndrome and another younger brother who, like me, is sensative, creative, musical, and quiet.

Growing up, I felt lost in the shuffle, as I'm sure many middle children do. I had an older, overbearing sister, and a younger, mentally disabled brother. So, I was unintentionally neglected. I think I developed anorexia as, yes a cry for much needed attention, but also as an identity.

So, I'm wondering a few things:
-Do you have siblings?
-Are you the oldest, middle, or youngest?
-How far apart in age are you?
-Briefly describe their and your personality

Thank you so much for putting up with my never ending questions. I appreciate it!
