So I take a multivitamin every day I remember to, because it's good for me and I know it. But I haven't yet found one that doesn't make me feel nauseous, even though I take them as directed, with food. What kinds of vitamins do you fine folks take, and do you take them at any particular time of day? How do they make you feel?
