Dehyration

I am interested to know this since i think i'm constantly dehydrated.

How many cups/serves of caffinated beverages do you drink per day? (coffee, tea, cola, chocolate, chocolate milk, energy drinks, caffeine tablets, diet pills)

How many glasses of water?

How many hours do you exercise?

Do you adjust your water intake to cater for your caffeine intake/fluid lost during exercise?
