I have a question. Since most of us count calories like a mad woman/man, do you guys drink at all. And if you do what do you drink? Do you add this to caloric intake for the day,or ignore it. If you know you are going to drink, do you not eat throughout the day? Do you have a set amount of calories set for the day and if you get to the limit while drinking do you stop?\
