Has anyone else noticed that when you restrict for a while, you bruise? I honestly have come to look like my legs (it's almost always on my legs - big purple patches that don't hurt but are ugly) are in an abusive relationship sometimes. I started out thinking that it was maybe some weird side effect of suddenly stepping up my workouts, but it seems to correspond to calorie-intake. And I've been on multi-vitamins for a while, and that hasn't helped. Am I just a freak?
