"I have been in recovery for bulimia for 1.5 years. Throughout my recovery, I have maintained a steady weight and even dropped a few kilos (due to the lack of binging/purging). I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has made it to a point in recovery where they could look at their weight in a realistic way? I am at a point where I am mostly recovered but am carrying some binge weight. Has anyone managed to lose binge weight in a safe way? If so how?
