Hi everyone! I've checked the memories but haven't found exactly what I am looking for... So I know about hypothermia being a consequence of restricting, but I am experiencing that in addition to something else. I feel like whatever the external temperature is, I experience it to an extreme degree. If it's slightly cool in a room, I will be shivering and need to put on a winter jacket. Walking outside a few minutes ago, I could feel myself getting extremely hot and started feeling faint after walking about a block. Granted, it is a warm day (20°) but is a comfortable temperature for most people. This weekend I was at the mall with my boyfriend and started sweating and feeling overheated out of nowhere (pretty sure the mall is air conditioned)! Also I should probably mention that I get VERY hot especially when I have been a bit active, but not to the point of working out at ALL - I'm talking walking up a flight of stairs and feeling like I just emerged from a sauna when I get to the top. I don't know if this is relevant, but I also have iron-deficiency anemia, though I have only read about it causing lowered body temperature.
Has anyone else dealt with anything similar to these polarized body temperatures? What are your experiences and what do you attribute it to?
