When I am restricting my intake, I always have diarrhoea. I never pass solid waste. Does anyone else notice this? I'm assuming that it happens because I'm not eating enough food to leave enough waste to make solid stools, but I'm curious if anyone else gets the same way. I am a little worried by it, especially with respect to dehydration, as it continues for weeks on end, until my intake increases to within normal amounts.
