Does anyone have thoughts on how much exercise is too much? It's tough to get guidelines on it. I work out 5-6 days a week for 1hr 10 mins plus stretching (40 mins at max. heart rate, 30 mins at 20% below that heart rate). Working out has been really helpful keeping me feeling good, but I feel guilty A LOT if I miss workouts, like last week when I only got 2 workouts in. Think 1 hour 10 minutes is still too much of a workout? I used to work out for 2 and sometimes 3 hours a day but cut that back because I was burned out and cranky a lot.

Light and its relationship with food cravings

I was initially looking into sleeping disorders, sleeping pill use, etc. because I've been struggling with mild insomnia lately, and I stumbled across this interesting little blurb on the relationship between your amount of exposure to light and the intensity of carb cravings you may have. The whole article is extremely short and simple, and it also talks about the reason why 5HTP and L-Tryptophan don't work any better than placebo drugs.

Question: I am always cold!

Hi to everyone and especially to all the new members that I didn't welcome (because I am too lazy)!

This is a question about being cold, it sure is a side-effect of an ED but I wondered if I could do anything about it or at least know where it comes from.
