My psychiatrist has a friend who is currently working on the next edition of the DSM, the DSM-V (due out in 2009). They're taking amenorrhea out of the diagnostic criteria for anorexia nervosa. They're also debating taking the weight criteria out, though no final decision has yet been made for that one.
