sweettrt27: omg grace. thats ur life. ppl helping you.. ppl doing whatever they can to make you feel better.. sometimes i feel like.. like its all an act. a terrible act for attention.. and im sorry to say it.

Its so hurtful and strange that she'd say that. Its different dealing with someones ignorance if you don't know them, but I've been friends with her for three years. She'd seen me at my lowest weights, my lowest metal points, remembers my hospilization...I told her not to bother talking to me anymore, was that the right thing to do?

Question: How do you guys deal with it when someone who you thought of as a really good friend thinks your making it all up?

This is pretty intense... I know that a lot of girls seem to think that "I don't care what happens to me, so long as I'm thin in the end" and this video is really eye-opening. Check it out if you're wondering where you might be, if unrecovered, a few years down the road.

I know I didn't start noticing how f-ed up my body had gotten until right before I decided to start recovering, and once I already was trying to. It's scary to expect to recover and just be all healthy and a-ok again, and to realize that the choices you made to further your weight-loss and your disorder might have had repercussions you'll be feeling for years to come.
