Does anyone have thoughts on how much exercise is too much? It's tough to get guidelines on it. I work out 5-6 days a week for 1hr 10 mins plus stretching (40 mins at max. heart rate, 30 mins at 20% below that heart rate). Working out has been really helpful keeping me feeling good, but I feel guilty A LOT if I miss workouts, like last week when I only got 2 workouts in. Think 1 hour 10 minutes is still too much of a workout? I used to work out for 2 and sometimes 3 hours a day but cut that back because I was burned out and cranky a lot.
