I'm sorry if this is a really stupid question, but do any of you change and adapt your calorie intakes to the nutritional information? What I mean is, all nutrition tables are given based on a 2000 calorie diet, which I doubt most of us here live on. So, would the calorie intakes be more or less? And what about exercise? Information is given based on a 70kg person, however, I'm not sure how many calories I Do burn when I exercise because of that. So if anyone knows how to adapt your weight and calorie intake to the information given, I'd really want to know.
