I've been in a really 'off' state of mind lately. And my physical state has been really weak. To make myself feel a bit better, I've been eating healthier and more often (despite the fact that I've been an emotional wreck because of it). This morning I stepped on the scale and noticed a dramatic weight loss. Is there any reason why eating a significant amount more than usual should cause my weight to go down?
