What do you feel is the difference between your attitudes/behaviors and those of someone who has normal insecurities about her body?
Being a guy, i guess a lot of what i feel is not similar to 'normal' male body insecurities qua masculinity and macho image (and my complete avoidence and abhorence of these things).
