I'm having the worst insomnia lately, and I'm wondering if it's anything to do with my eating habits. I've been fasting, then this weekend, broke fast to snack on a few raw veggies on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. now for the past two days, I've been completely unable to sleep-- I'm not tired or sleepy, my mind is always racing, and I feel anxious.
I know it can't be my antidepressants, because they've never had this effect before, so that leaves my ED-NOS. any ideas, experiences, whatever?
