Looked through the memories, I don't think this has been asked before: (but feel free to delete if it has!)
Based on both short and long term effects, which do you think is worse
Option A) Binging and Purging at least 4 times a week.
Option B) Restricting to below 1000 cals/day, doing at least 1 hour of cardio and taking 2 Stacker 2's (ephedra free) daily.
Also, for anyone who has experience with Stacker 2's, or knows anything about them? which ingredients in them are doing what to my body? The package says to take one after eating, and not exceed 3/day..any info would be greatly appreciated...
