And then this week she added diet soda back into her diet (she'd totally cut it out before) and her bruises disappeared! I cannot think of any reason why this would be the case, because she kept all other aspects of her diet/workout schema the same, and actually upped her work-outs because she had access to the uni gym. I know that that can't be my problem (I suck down aspartame-containing drinks like water), but I'm confused as to how those two things would correlate. Has anyone else seen any difference in their purpling extremities when they change something in their diet?
