Trick Cyclist

I went to see my Psychiatrist today for a follow up appointment. Last time I went it suggested I start a weight reduction programme as I have poor self-image, this time he suggested I needed blood tests and an appointment with a nutritionist as I have lost too much to fast.

Anyway...the point of this post. You know those charts which have height down one side and weight along the bottom to see what category your BMI falls into? Usually I've seen this with Underweight, Healthy weight, Overweight, Obese on them. This one said (no joke!): "underweight: are you eating enough?", "OK: Congratulations you are a normal weight, "Fat: you should think about losing some weight" and "Very Fat: You need to see a doctor" Has anyone else see this one? I was horrified!

Also he is sticking me on a new anti-d as I always refuse other because of the possible weight gain factor. He says this new one has hardly any side effects and he was nice enough to point out that I should take it as it has loss of appetite and weight loss listed as side effects. The drug is : Duloxetine.
