From what I understand about NES, people who have it eat most of their calories at the end of the day. But is it possible to have sort of reverse NES? Ever since I started working, I have picked up bad eating habits. I work the night shift, so most of my calories are eaten in the morning and early afternoon. After I go to work I don't eat for the rest of the day. I'm not talking, 250 calories. I mean, I can eat over 1,000 calories just in the morning. Does anyone else do this?
