For me, someone who follows a normal diet eats when they're hungry, but sometimes when they're not, like at parties and social things, etc. I don't want to say they don't think about the calories, because I believe you should be at least a little observant of what you're putting into your mouth. But i guess they wouldn't agonize over it, and if they ate a little too much, it wouldn't be the end of the world to them. It would be more like "oh well. nobody is going to die." They wouldn't gorge themselves constantly, but would allow themselves to fill full sometimes without feeling guilty. And they wouldn't base their self worth on how much they weigh or what they've eaten.
