I keep seeing ads in magazines for some place that offers "healthy weight loss of at least 6 lbs a week." This led me to wonder what constitutes 'healthy weight loss.'
Does 'healthy' refer to how much you are losing weekly, your methods for losing weight, or your mindset during the process? Or a combination of all these things?
I googled 'healthy weight loss' and got answers from all over the place, there doesn't seem to be a clear-cut definition for a term that is quite commonly used.
What do you believe constitutes 'healthy weight loss,' or is there such a thing?
