Vitamins and mineral deficiencies

I guess I wanted to research this for my own good, but I thought it would be nice to post my findings. These are the vitamin and minerals you should consume when you're anorexic or bulimic.

ANOREXIA
-Multivitamin-mineral (for prevention and treatment of deficiencies in restrictive eating)
-Vitamin K2 (for anorexia nervosa; with medical supervision only)
-Zinc

BULIMIA
-5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan...seretonin-increasing)
-L-tryptophan
-Vitamin B6
-Potassium*
-Calcium*
-Magnesium*
(*Added after posting this)

About 5-Hydroxytryptophan
The human body manufactures 5-HTP from L-tryptophan, a natural amino acid found in most dietary proteins. However, eating food that contains L-tryptophan does not significantly increase 5-HTP levels. Supplemental 5-HTP is naturally derived from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a West African medicinal plant.

The first two of bulimia kind of seem sketchy to me. Apparently L-tryptophan is banned in the U.S.? I don't understand.

Do you think there is anything missing from the lists? Should any vitamins and minerals be added?
