http://www.fpnotebook.com/END33.htm - How to calculate your ideal weight [in kilograms].
Just a reminder: 2.2lbs = 1kg, 1in = 2.54cm.
# Calculation: Male Ideal Weight in Kg
1. Weight = 50 + 2.3 x (height in inches - 60)
2. Weight = 50 + 0.91 x (height in centimeters - 152.4)
# Calculations: Female Ideal Weight in Kg
1. Weight = 45 + 2.3 x (height in inches - 60)
2. Weight = 45.5 + 0.91 x (height in centimeters - 152.4)
Interestingly, I found that 85% of my ideal weight is the equivalent of a BMI of 18.3, and I have never been at my ideal weight, whether healthy pre-ED or during binge cycles, so it's a reminder than ideal weight is different from person to person.
