My stepmom came home from the grocery store with "Fasting Tea". On the box it claims to be an appetite suppressant...and the instructions on the tea-bag pouchy say to drink 15 minutes before eating for "best results"...

...well, if you drink a glass of WATER 15 minutes before you eat, you're gonna eat less. Duh. But it's apparently supposed to aid weight loss.
Is this for real? I mean, I'm gonna drink it anyway because it tastes really good...better than green tea...but I just wondered if any of you knew anything about it.
Thanks.
