Can someone explain to my eating disorder mind why trans fat and regular fat are different (I logically know what trans and regular fat is). To me, fat is fat and anything with fat is horrible and evil. I'm such a paranoid freak that I refuse to eat anything with fat or sugar (except the occasional carbs that I know I consume and the natural sugars in fruit).
What happens if you DON'T have fat in your diet (besides any weightloss or whatnot). What are the risks, if any, of not having fat?
