To you guys what is "normal dieting", because ever since getting out of the hospital, I want to lose some weight because I think I can be recovered without being this big, but I cannot figure out what normal dieting is. I just have this bad feeling that everything will be triggering and I am scared of that, but I dont want to keep going at this weight. How can I figure this out? My therapist told me not to even think about losing any of the weight so soon, but I just feel so strange at this weight and want to, although I am not talking about getting down to my weight before, just losing a little through "normal dieting". What is your guys' opinion?
