Generally, don't people tend to eat less when the weather is hotter? I seem to be eating more.
I am trying to come up with influencing factors for increased appetite, but I can't think of anything. I've been on BC pills for 2 months, my exercise is normal, my eating is normal (not undereating), my weight is normal (maybe 5 lbs "overweight"). I finished school last month, but I am stressed about this job I just got (it sucks), and this trip I'm planning this summer (afraid of not having enough money).
I'm in recovery, and if stress IS the cause, how come I keep turning to food during times of stress, when I have been taught that this is not good, especially since I have an ED?
Does anyone else eat a lot during this time of the year? What other factors could it be?
