I do a lot of thinking about MBTI types. I myself am an INFP, but I dont have an eating disorder (though i can empathize; i'm not diagnosed with BDD but i seriously wouldnt be surprised if I was). I read how some types are perfectionists, etc, so that got me thinking about the correlation of eating disorders and the different types. Many disorders have been talked about on forums such as depression, anxiety, and adhd, but not so much about eating disorders. And if there is no correlation, its interesting to read about your MBTI anyway.
So: What is your MBTI type? Also up for discussion could be enneagram types, but I dont know as much about it.
