I enjoy exercise, but often have a hard time keeping it from being "self punishing". I want to workout to be healthy and toned and feel good about myself, not because I "feel fat" or feel like I ate too much.
I was hoping to get some personal stories/advice about what exercises you have found to be... not triggering, I guess? Or some advice on how to make exercise more of a health benefit than a form of self punishment.
